How charming! Their 17th century house in the old town is prettily restored. There, the couple imagines a new cuisine of the land. The tasty marriages seduce by their originality, their modernity.
The wine cellar is exceptional. The hospitality full of natural. To entice you, let’s give as an example, ravioli of Dublin bay prawns and truffles, bacon with caramelized apple and aubergine caviar, “pain perdu” with caramelized apples and vanilla ice cream…Assuredly to be discovered!
