    If you like to observe the technique of the kitchen brigade, the kitchen is visible from the dining room. The Chef is also a member of the “Young Restaurateurs of Europe” and of “Generation W” .
    It’s also possible to book a guest table, for a fabulous moment of exchange in a warm and modern setting. The Chef comes from a long line of cooks. His great-grand- father was an ice cream salesman on a tricycle on the North Sea. His great-grand-mother was the Chef of a Baron and in a hotel in Stadt in Switzerland. Mario Elias’s parents also inherited this passion since they are restaurateurs in Coxyde and Barvaux,
